Decoupage & a CD Album

I don't usually have alot of patience for the really delicate decoupage, although some of the images are gorgeous (especially the faeries!). I was however, given some faerie decoupage sheets awhile ago (quite awhile ago!) and one night over the holidays I decided whilst watching the new Indiana Jones film with the rest of the family - to start cutting away at this lovely faerie image, which I later made into a card flip cd album, kind-of project - that I gave to a friend of mine with some shared photos on the cd - I left the surround of the card flip cd album blank and told her to later place small pics (from the cd) around it - if you see what I mean!!

This is an open view showing the back and the two front sides.

Here is the inside with the photo cd - and this is what I meant about blank panels around to later place some of the photos around!

And here she is completed - decoupage faerie, papers are a digital download combination from Sweet Shoppe Designs and Rasperry Road Designs (also this site is definitely worth checking out as it has loads of really lovely FREE downloads) - some lacey ribbon, some CS glitter and weathered wood distress inkpad all round which can be found here!
